Start from the audit
We take the High and Medium items from your Website Health Audit, or from an audit done elsewhere, and agree which ones to fix.

Written quote
You get a fixed quote based on the specific findings. There is no price until we have seen the findings, and nothing starts until you approve it.

Staging first
Every change is built and tested on a staging copy. Your live site stays untouched while we work.

You approve, then we go live
You review the staging copy. Only after you approve do we publish the changes to your live site.

Re-check
We re-run the same checks afterwards and send you a before-and-after report.

It depends on the findings, so we quote after seeing them. The quote is fixed: you know the price before we start and it does not grow while we work.
+Do I need the audit first?
An audit makes the quote faster and more accurate, because every finding has evidence. If you have a recent audit from someone else, send it and we will work from that.
+Will you touch my live site without asking?
No. Changes are made on a staging copy, and nothing goes live until you approve it. You keep ownership of your hosting and accounts.
+What happens after the fixes?
You can stop there, or keep the site healthy with Site Care (monitoring and a monthly re-audit, $150–$350 CAD/mo) or the Care Retainer (active updates and small builds, $800–$1,500 CAD/mo). Both are listed on the Services page.
+Can you guarantee better rankings?
No. We fix the technical and accessibility issues the audit found and show you the before and after. Rankings and AI-assistant mentions depend on things outside any website.
